Lists
Application configuration > Data model editor > Lists
Fields of type Drop-down limit entries to certain items. These items are contained in lists defined and associated to the Drop-down by the administrator.
Create a list and items
Click on the Lists tab. To add a new list, click on the icon, type the desired name (e.g., "List of services", overriding the original "New list" name) and hit Enter.
Then, add items o the list by clicking on the icon of the List items tab, type the desired name (e.g., "Installation", "Upgrade" and "Repair") and hit Enter.
Finally, click the Save button at the top of the Data model editor to keep the changes.
Edit a list and items
Click on the Lists tab. To change the name of a list or an item, double-click its current name and type a new one.
To change the order of items, select one and drag and drop it to the desired position.

Save changes by clicking the Save button at the top of the Data model editor.
Delete or remove a list and items
Click on the Lists tab.
For deletion, select the list or the item you wish and click the corresponding icon.
A list that is associated to a drop-down cannot be deleted. To disassociate it, go to the Tables tab, select the table, select the drop-down in the Fields tab and then remove the list from the List/Parent table setting. Note that the items contained in a deleted list are also deleted, except for the those that are marked as Parent items in Type, which will be displayed in Lists. |
Save changes by clicking the Save button at the top of the Data model editor.
