Administration of users and roles

Besides managing the data model, forms and reports in the application, the administrator in IS Tools is responsible of the maintenance of users accounts, roles and access rights. These administrative tasks are summarized as follows:

  1. Create and edit user accounts in the User administration form.

  2. Create, edit and delete roles in the Role administration form (this may be done as first step).

  3. Assign users to roles (can be done in different forms).

  4. Assign access rights to roles.
