This form displays a list of all outgoing E-mails (generated via the Send a mail rule action or when a scheduled report or import is configured to send a message upon completion) and SMS (generated via the Send an SMS rule action) , and their characteristics such as what text the message contains, when it was added and sent, the recipient, current status and error, in case it ocurred.
Note that this form needs to be manually added to the menu. |

Regarding E-mails:
If the Status is Error, please contact the IS Tools support team, in order to report the issue.
Regarding SMS:
The Status will be "Sent" once our SMS supplier confirms that the message has delivered to the mobile operator. However, in some cases the SMS might not be delivered by the operator to the end user (e.g., due to invalid internation number format, read more about here), even though the status is "Sent".
The Status "Not sent" may be shown in case the SMS is still on its way to be delivered, or if a general error (e.g., not valid route found, internal server error, invalid source address, flood detected, other connection problems) has ocurred. In the latter case, the warning message will be included).
The "Error" status is shown in case a specific error (e.g., illegal character in message body, message too long, invalid destination address) has ocurred. In this case, the SMS will not try to be sent.
