Each user in IS Tools must be assigned to at least one role to be able to log on, and to have access to different items (forms, reports, etc.) within the application.

Three forms can be used to assign roles to a user:

User administration form. Here you select the user, to assign roles to it.
Role administration form. Here you select the role, to assign users to it.
