Data model editor

The Data model editor is used by application administrators to configure the data model, i.e. record tables and how they relate to one another, and their corresponding data fields. This setup defines the structure of your data based on your business workflows and processes. Configuring your data model is the first step in creating an application in IS Tools.
This form displays, from left to right:

Fields. When loaded, this form initially displays fields from all tables. Selecting a specific table will filter the view to show only its corresponding fields.

Groups. Used to optionally organize the fields of the selected table into separate groups. When loaded, this form initially displays groups from all tables. Selecting a specific table will filter the view to show only its corresponding groups.

Details. Used to see information related to the selected table.

Diagram. Used to display relationships between tables in a graphical way.
