Similar to the reports in the Logged in users form, this form allows the application administrator to run reports with information about users who have logged in to the application.

This form is usually located in the Misc folder, under Administration in the navigation menu. Otherwise, add it with the Menu editor.

Filters may be applied before running the report, in order to search using some specific criteria or summarize the content.

Click on Run report button to open the report in the browser, or click on Export button to open it in Excel.

The retention period of these logs is 365 days. This period is not subjected to edition. Logs cannot be manually deleted.
