Reports

Reports are data extracted from the database according to specified criteria. IS Tools can generate reports in Excel, HTML, XML and File export.

As an administrator, you are able to create report templates (and give the right to other users to create them as well), and to decide which type of information should be displayed. And, at any time, users can run reports from the current data stored in IS Tools, based on these templates. For that:

  1. Create a report template in the Report wizard.

  2. Run a report template in the Report manager form.

  3. Download a report output file in the Report and import queue form.
