# Activity log

Use this form to trace changes made in:

-   Role administration

-   Form rights

-   Form designer

-   Manage records groups

-   Field rights

-   Role administration

-   Rules manager

-   User administration

-   Data model editor (only deleted fields)

-   API

All these logs can be filtered by Category, Time, User, and Activity, among others.

> The retention period of these logs is unlimited. Logs cannot be manually deleted.
